    Location: Life Time Fitness - Vernon Hills (Treadmill)

     

    First run of the new year! I have to admit, I wasn't super motivated tonight, but I did it. I racked up another 7.08 miles on the treadmill after work, bringing my total to 851.05.  With a target pace of 846.58, I'm still about 5.5 miles ahead.  I plan to run the next two days, so this is where I'll hopefully start building a little bit of a cushion.  Lets hope my injuries stay at bay.  Left quad and right calf are both strained... I'm a mess!

    Location: Life Time Fitness - Vernon Hills (Treadmill)

     

    My plan to run Saturday and Sunday didn't quite pan out, but at least I got a run in tonight, and was able to keep ahead of my pace.  With another 6.68 miles in, my total is at 857.73, with a target pace of 854.79.  So much for building up a cushion this week!  Soon I will get back on the fundraising trail...
