Scott's Activity Log​ - WEEK 38


Location: Life Time Fitness Vernon Hills (Treadmill)


Another Friday night run on the treadmill to start off another week.  This one netted 7.67 miles!  My pace is definitely strong although I am continuing to experience issues with my quadricep strain.  Nonetheless, my total is now at 716.11 while my target pace is 712.33 - leaving me about 4 miles ahead of plan.  This is nerve-racking!  I'm heading into a real crunch-time at work - especially with the holidays and a vacation coming up - so it'll be difficult to find time to run.  I'll figure something out!

Another 7.31miles on the treadmill today brings my total to 723.42 miles.  Target pace is 717.81 so I'm maintaining a less than comfortable 6 mile lead.  The coming weeks are looking ominous from a work perspective, and I'm definitely starting to feel the pressure!  Wish me luck!
