Scott's Activity Log - WEEK 37

Location: Life Time Fitness Vernon Hills (Treadmill)
After last week's 4x performance, I'm starting off this week with a solid 7.35 mile run on day one (my weeks are Friday-Thurs in case anyone's wondering). This brings my total to 693.60 and my goal is 693.15. That means I'm back ahead of goal again! YEAH!!! Let's hope I can stay in front of it now!!!

Location: Life Time Fitness Vernon Hills (Treadmill)
I'm still staying ahead of pace... just by a hair! I logged another 7.38 miles today bringing my total to 700.98, while my target pace is 698.63. It feels good being ahead of the game for a change, but I sure would like to build up some extra distance if I can. It's so easy to fall behind, and it's so damn HARD to catch back up!

This is definitely a good stretch for me! I put in another 7.46 miles today, which brings my total to 708.44. With a target pace of 701.37, I've now surged to 7 miles ahead of plan! Oh... please let me keep this up!!!
