Scott's Activity Log - WEEK 34

Location: Life Time Fitness Vernon Hills (Treadmill)
As expected, my excitement was short-lived. Due to an intensely busy schedule at work, I wasn't able to make it to the gym during the week. Fortunately, today I made it and I was able to rack up another 7.08 miles, bringing my total to 635.62. My target pace is 638.36, so at least I'm not that far behind! I have another hectic week of travel ahead of me though... so let's hope I'm able to squeeze in another run or two! Frankly, it doesn't look promising.
